Max has been throwing good sized dogs with good coats and square heads. Max's first litter sired has recieved a NAVHDA breeder award. As far as hunting, Max has been a great hunting dog - pointing quail in Texas, grouse in Wisconsin and prairie chickens in South Dakota. He is very strong in the water with plenty of wild duck retrieves.
